Ticket Cancellation Policy

At Brown Beats Muzic, we aim to make your event experience simple and transparent.

All Bookings Are Final

All event ticket bookings made through Brown Beats Muzic or our authorized ticketing partner are final and non-cancellable.

Once a ticket has been successfully booked and payment has been confirmed:

• The ticket cannot be cancelled.
• The ticket cannot be transferred to another person.
• The ticket cannot be exchanged for another ticket or event.
• No cancellation request will be accepted after booking.
• No refund will be provided due to non-attendance or a change in personal plans.

Customers are advised to carefully review the event date, venue, ticket category, quantity, and other booking details before completing their payment.

Event Changes or Cancellation

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, cancelled, or otherwise changed by the event organizer, any applicable ticketing or refund arrangements will be communicated to ticket holders through the official communication channels and/or authorized ticketing partner.

Ticketing Partner

Where tickets are sold through an authorized third-party ticketing platform, the transaction may also be subject to that platform’s applicable terms and conditions.
