Refund Policy

At Brown Beats Muzic, all confirmed event ticket bookings are subject to the following refund policy.

Tickets Are Non-Refundable

The ticket amount of ₹5,100 is non-refundable once the booking has been successfully confirmed.

No refund will be provided for:

Cancellation by the ticket holder
Non-attendance at the event
Change of plans
Change in personal circumstances
Late arrival or early departure
Failure to attend due to travel or transportation issues
Incorrect selection of ticket category or quantity after confirmation

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If an event is officially cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, refund arrangements, if applicable, will be communicated separately to affected ticket holders.

Any refund process may be subject to the terms of the authorized ticketing/payment platform used for the booking.

Duplicate or Failed Transactions

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same booking, please contact us with your transaction or booking details so that the payment can be verified.
